Promotion Description:
The Wellesse "Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine" Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes is comprised of both a Sweepstakes and an Online Instant Win Game. Wellesse ("Sponsor") will award one (1) Grand Prize and five (5) Second Prizes at the conclusion of each promotion period. Wellesse will also award up to one hundred ten (110) prizes in an Instant Win Game at the conclusion of each promotion period. Prizes and methods of entry are more completely described below.
Promotion Period: The Wellesse "Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine" Sweepstakes will begin on October 1, 2009 and end on February 28, 2010 at 11:59 pm EST. The Sweepstakes has five promotional periods beginning on October 1, 2009. There will be one drawing during each promotional period. The Instant Win Game may be played throughout all promotional periods. The five promotional periods are:
How to Enter the Sweepstakes: To enter for a chance to win the sweepstakes go to http://wellesse.com and follow instructions for entering your information. Participants may enter up to one time per promotion period. Participants may also earn one extra entry in the sweepstakes by sending an email about the promotion to a friend. One additional entry may be earned each week of the promotion. Each email must be to a unique individual. All entries must be completed on-line.
Grand Prizes: The Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of each sweepstakes promotion period. Five Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of a one year supply of Wellesse Vitamin D (eight 16-oz. bottles), a $100 Walgreen's Gift Card, an Insulated Shopper Tote and Lunch Bag and a Water Bottle.
Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $177.00.
Second Prizes: Second Prizes will be awarded at the end of each sweepstakes promotion period. Twenty-five Second Prizes will be awarded (five Second Prizes each promotion period). The Second Prizes will consist of a Wellesse Product Pack (one bottle each of Vitamin D, Liquid Glucosamine, Calcium and ALL DAY Energy), an Insulated Shopper Tote and a Water Bottle.
Approximate Retail Value of the Second Prize is $45.00.
Drawings: There will be Five Grand Prize and Second Prize Drawings in the Wellesse "Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine" Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Drawings will be conducted on or around November 1, 2009, December 1, 2009, January 2, 2010, February 1, 2010 and March 1, 2010. The drawings will be made from the entries received during each promotional period.
How to Play the Wellesse "Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine" Instant Win Game: To play the Instant Win Game, simply go to www.wellesse.com and follow instructions for registration. You may play the Instant Win Game one time per week between October 1, 2009 and February 28, 2010.
Instant Win Codes: Additional play in the Instant Win game may be awarded for depositing "Codes". Codes may be offered from time to time including but not limited to print pieces distributed at events in which Wellesse is participating and on Social Media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. To earn a play for code deposit go to www.wellesse.com during the Promotion period (or shorter entry period if indicated) and follow the links and instructions to either register or click on the Log-in button at the top of the page if you have already registered. After registering/signing in, click on the "Enter Codes" button on the top of the page and enter your code where indicated. You may enter one code per event. The number of codes permitted for Social Media sites and other places will be specified on those sites/places.
Instant Win Prizes: Prizes included in the Instant Win game are:

Odds of Winning: the Odds of Winning the Instant Win Game will depend on the number of players. Discount coupons will be given to all non-winning players.
Awarding of Prizes: Instant Win prizes will be awarded based on a random selection of entries received. Winners will be notified instantly. Prizes will be sent by USPS within 6-8 weeks of play.
Eligibility: Entrants may not be employees of the Sponsor, or of subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies or prize donors, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of them, or persons living in their households.
Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes. Entries are void if the same individual sets up multiple entries with multiple web addresses. Only one email address (account) is allowed per household. Only one prize may be awarded per household per promotion period. All entries and entry information become the property of Sponsor. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner of the Grand Prizes and Second Prizes will be notified by telephone, email and/or express courier and may be required to sign and return within seven (7) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility, a prize release and indemnity agreement and a publicity release, all without additional consideration, if permitted by law. If the Sponsor makes a reasonable attempt to contact a prize winner and/or verify winner's address and cannot do so within five (5) days of the first attempt, or if any winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these official rules or returned any required Affidavit and/or Release, that winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.
By participating in this Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game, entrants agree that Sponsor shall have no liability nor shall such parties be responsible for use/misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes. Winners also agree to release and hold harmless from any liability in connection with the Wellesse "Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine" Sweepstakes or any Prize including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the acceptance, enjoyment, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants also agree to the use of their names and likenesses by Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional consideration, if permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or delivery services.
