NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES OR INSTANT WIN GAME. OFFERED ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE U.S. AND THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AT THE TIME OF ENTRY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED, TAXED OR RESTRICTED.
Promotion Description: The Wellesse “Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine” Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes is comprised of both a Sweepstakes and an Online Instant Win Game. Wellesse (“Sponsor”) will award one (1) Grand Prize at the conclusion of each promotion period. Wellesse will also award up to seven hundred (700) prizes in an Instant Win Game at the conclusion of each promotion period. Prizes and methods of entry are more completely described below.
Promotion Period: The Wellesse "Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine" Sweepstakes will begin on May 1, 2009 and end on June 30, 2009 at 11:59 pm EST. The Sweepstakes has two promotional periods beginning on May 1, 2009. There will be one drawing during each promotional period. The Instant Win Game may be played throughout all promotional periods. How to Enter the Sweepstakes: To enter for a chance to win the sweepstakes go to http://wellesse.com and follow instructions for entering your information. Participants may enter up to one time per promotion period. Participants may also earn one extra entry in the sweepstakes by sending an email about the promotion to a friend. One additional entry may be earned each week of the promotion. Each email must be to a unique individual. All entries must be completed on-line.
Grand Prizes: The Grand Prize will be awarded at the end of each sweepstakes promotion period. Two Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Grand Prize will consist of a private one-half hour (phone) consultation with a health expert and a one year supply of Wellesse Vitamin D (eight 16-oz. bottles).
Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize is $116.00.
Drawings: There will be two Grand Prize Drawings in the Wellesse “Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine” Sweepstakes. The Grand Prize Drawings will be conducted on or around June 1 and July 1, 2009. The drawings will be made from the entries received during each promotional period.
How to Play the Wellesse “Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine” Instant Win Game: To play the Instant Win Game, simply go to www.wellesse.com and follow instructions for registration. You may play the Instant Win Game one time per week between May 1, 2009 and June30, 2009.
One additional entry into the Sweepstakes may also be awarded for a “Tell a Friend” email sent by the registrant during each week. Complete instructions on “Tell a Friend” may be found on the website.

Odds of Winning: the Odds of Winning the Instant Win Game will depend on the number of players. Discount coupons will be given to all non-winning players.
Awarding of Prizes: Instant win On-line prizes will be awarded based on a random selection of entries received. Winners will be notified instantly. Prizes will be sent by USPS within 6-8 weeks of play.
Eligibility: Entrants may not be employees of the Sponsor, or of subsidiaries, affiliated companies, partners, advertising or promotion agencies or prize donors, nor may they be members of the immediate families of any of them, or persons living in their households.
Drawing and Awarding of Prizes: Winners are responsible for any applicable taxes on prizes. Entries are void if the same individual sets up multiple entries with multiple web addresses. Only one email address (account) is allowed per household. All entries and entry information become the property of Sponsor. The sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value. Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash. The winner of the Grand Prizes will be notified by telephone, email and/or express courier and may be required to sign and return within seven (7) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility, a prize release and indemnity agreement and a publicity release, all without additional consideration, if permitted by law. If the Sponsor makes a reasonable attempt to contact a prize winner and/or verify winner's address and cannot do so within five (5) days of the first attempt, or if any winner is found to be ineligible, or has not complied with these official rules or returned any required Affidavit and/or Release, that winner will be disqualified and an alternative winner may be selected.
By participating in this Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game, entrants agree that Sponsor shall have no liability nor shall such parties be responsible for use/misuse of any prize awarded herein and acknowledge that said parties have neither made, nor are in any manner responsible for, any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the Prizes. Winners also agree to release and hold harmless from any liability in connection with the Wellesse “Vitamin D Liquid Sunshine” Sweepstakes or any Prize including, without limitation, liability in connection with any injuries, damages or losses of any kind, whether to person or property, including death, arising out of or resulting from, whether directly or indirectly, the acceptance, enjoyment, use or misuse of any Prize. Participants also agree to the use of their names and likenesses by Sponsor for advertising purposes without additional consideration, if permitted by law. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost or misdirected mail or delivery services.
